Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Although initially the live chat was pretty rubbish as no agent available and no call back available either finally got through via email and was offered a full refund or replacement order.

It seems the fault lies with Yodel and am now awaiting for my order to arrive. Fingers crossed.

Customer service on the live chat was pretty rubbish, no agent available, then no call back available finally got in contact via email after which they were very helpful. Seems it was a Yodel problem and yours offered a refund or replacement, I opted for the replacement of which I am still waiting at present.

Usually great but if you complain about dowdy colours you won’t get a reply!

I think their colours for autumn and winter are seriously dowdy and basically brown I personally hate brown and all its derivatives but Im sure Im alone in this. I like BRIGHT colours all the time. At 73 there may not be much more time!!

Not very helpful when trying to return items with out a reference number

Ive ordered 2 dresses I. 2 different sizes at the time I could not log in to my account online so checked in as a guest they took the money and sent the items and when I went to return them I had deleted the email with the reference number tried explaining this numerous times but now stuck with 2 dresses I dont like and dont suit me and out waisted nearly £25 on

As parcels do on to be stolen, still you don't take any serious actions to solve this problem. Just send a standard reply to your customer stating that parcel deemed as lost.

Not only 1 time, neither twice.

5 parcels I ordered got "lost". Shame on you

Yours Clothing UK - Missing parcel

My parcels were missing. The courier didn't ring the bell for me to let him in, but he said he had left them in a safe place.

All I can think is, he left them outside, but when I went down, there was nothing there. I live in a flat upstairs, so he has to call my flat number, and I can let him in.

The company has asked me to ask the neighbours, but no one has them. I have emailed again but haven't heard anything yet.

Placed my order and money was taken from my account I received confirmation of this but nothing after that. When I eventually got through to them I was told that the payment was declined and the order cancelled which it wasnt and that they would refund within 5 working days.

Just doesnt make sense.

Very bad service I am very disappointed as I was waiting on this dress for a wedding next week. I wont be ordering from Yours Clothing again.

No refund on parcel not delivered

I have had to phone them three times. Each time, I was told a refund would be issued and I would get email confirmation, but still, nothing has arrived.

For some reason, Yodel didn't deliver my entire parcel and showed a 'contact sender' notification, indicating that they know I haven't received the parcel. They are a joke.

I ordered a dress for a wedding which arrived today. The dress is lovely but it's not sitting right at the bottom of the zip.

I think this may be faulty. Would it be possible to have an exchange?

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They refunded me 10.00 but I paid 14.00.I will never deal either this company again.
