Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Although initially the live chat was pretty rubbish as no agent available and no call back available either finally got through via email and was offered a full refund or replacement order.
It seems the fault lies with Yodel and am now awaiting for my order to arrive. Fingers crossed.

I think their colours for autumn and winter are seriously dowdy and basically brown I personally hate brown and all its derivatives but Im sure Im alone in this. I like BRIGHT colours all the time. At 73 there may not be much more time!!
Not very helpful when trying to return items with out a reference number
Ive ordered 2 dresses I. 2 different sizes at the time I could not log in to my account online so checked in as a guest they took the money and sent the items and when I went to return them I had deleted the email with the reference number tried explaining this numerous times but now stuck with 2 dresses I dont like and dont suit me and out waisted nearly £25 on

My parcels were missing. The courier didn't ring the bell for me to let him in, but he said he had left them in a safe place.
All I can think is, he left them outside, but when I went down, there was nothing there. I live in a flat upstairs, so he has to call my flat number, and I can let him in.
The company has asked me to ask the neighbours, but no one has them. I have emailed again but haven't heard anything yet.

Trying to trace my order
Dreadful
Placed my order and money was taken from my account I received confirmation of this but nothing after that. When I eventually got through to them I was told that the payment was declined and the order cancelled which it wasnt and that they would refund within 5 working days.
Just doesnt make sense.
Very bad service I am very disappointed as I was waiting on this dress for a wedding next week. I wont be ordering from Yours Clothing again.

I have had to phone them three times. Each time, I was told a refund would be issued and I would get email confirmation, but still, nothing has arrived.
For some reason, Yodel didn't deliver my entire parcel and showed a 'contact sender' notification, indicating that they know I haven't received the parcel. They are a joke.
